Lindsey & Chase were originally to be married in May of 2015, but opted to postpone for a later date.  We had a pretty stunning engagement session on the Gulf Coast earlier in 2015, and to be honest I was super bummed when they decided to hold off.  It was exciting to get that call that they had a new date, and we would just pick up where we had left off.  There is something beautifully unique about a Southern wedding, and this wedding’s charm was off the chart.  When executed as wonderfully as Lindsey & Chase’s day was it just can’t easily be found anywhere else in this country,  or maybe even in the world.  Lindsey and Chase chose to celebrate their nuptials at the beautiful venue in Pike Road,  Alabama called The Waters,  and I was lucky enough to get to document it.  It seemed like only here in Alabama could a late February wedding really feel special,  with the surrounding water glistening and the sun dashing just enough light through the passing clouds.   I knew that this day was going to be incredible to capture the moment we arrived.  Lindsey is a total girl’s girl with her own twist on glamour.  Her decor was modern with lots of raw elements such as wood and textured greenery…….many metallics blended with the earthy organic pieces.  Just right outside the chapel was a pretty insane clear top tent created to marry these two under the stars.  The love between the two was patient, calming, and certain.  Leaving me one lucky photographer on 02/20/16.nfp_watfordblog_01  nfp_watfordblog_02nfp_watfordblog_03 nfp_watfordblog_04 nfp_watfordblog_10
