I was so stoked to work with Michael & Robin capturing their wedding day, Jewish ceremonies and the traditional aspect of everything is ridiculously gorgeous from start to finish! Such a sweet couple, with amazing families, and awesome friends. Such a great wedding to start 2017 off with, excited to get these weddings on the blog! Check out their story below:-).
The bride and bridesmaids got ready for the day at the historic and amazingly beautiful Tutwiler Hotel. Her dress attracted a lot of attention with tourists and guests while we had it in the lobby of the hotel to capture it. I seem to remember a few people wanting to take pics with the dress! Truly stunning! So much beautiful natural light to work with at the Tutwiler so we kept all of the details here, and it doesn’t hurt that Linn Park is literally across the street from the Tut to capture bridal portraits and bridesmaids portraits with the bride.
The temple where the ceremony held place was amazing, with its high ceilings and enormous stained glass windows. So much incredible architecture, and this crazy area with brick walls and tons of light coming in from massive windows! This temple was like a photographer’s paradise, we captured groom portraits, groom & groomsmen portraits, as well as Robin & Michael’s first look.
The Florentine is where we headed for the reception, which is totally stunning on its own. Lots of space, and tons of windows! Seeing is believing, so check out the visual of this couple’s beautiful wedding day story below:
